چکیده
In this study, an eco-friendly and low-cost procedure for the synthesis of White tea plant extract modified magnetic nanocomposite ([email protected]) has been demonstrated. Ag nanoparticles (Ag NPs) were further decorated in situ over designed [email protected] exploiting derived phytochemicals as bio-reductant stabilizer. The resulting [email protected]/Ag was characterized by various analytical methods like Fourier Transformed Infra Red (FT-IR) spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), energy dispersive analysis (EDX) elemental mapping, transmission (TEM), vibrating-sample magnetometer (VSM), diffraction (XRD), inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) analysis. as-synthesized bio-nanomaterial used excellent heterogeneous magnetically retrievable catalyst three-component condensation 4-hydroxycoumarin, malononitrile aldehydes refluxing aqueous media. A broad range aromatic underwent reaction to produce diverse pyrano[3,2-c]chromene derivatives very good yields irrespective nature bearing functional groups or their respective geometrical positions. Due superparamagnetic character, material easily decanted out recycled 8 successive times with preservation its catalytic activity. After chemical applications we also explored biologically resistance human colon cancer thereby studied cytotoxicity two standard cell lines, HT-29 Caco-2. conventional MTT assay carried them which revealed increase % viability dose dependently. IC50 values observed lines 384.2 μg/ml 254.6 respectively. addition, DPPH radical scavenging test performed studying anti-oxidant results validate administration [email protected]/Agnanocomposite a competent protective drug clinical trial studies human.
